Reflex is live on the App Store

After months of solo development, Reflex: Card Battle is officially available on iOS. Here is what it is, why I built it, and what is coming next.

Reflex: Card Battle is officially live on the App Store. Free to download, free to play, and built from scratch by one person.

Download Reflex on the App Store and get into your first match in under a minute.

What is Reflex?

Reflex is a competitive real-time 1v1 card game. Two players. Same board. No turns. Both players race to play all their cards at the same time. The first to clear their hand and draw pile wins.

It sounds simple. It is simple to learn. But mastering it takes serious practice. If you want a head start, check out 5 tips to win more rounds.

Why I built it

I wanted a competitive mobile game that respected my time and my wallet. Most mobile games are either pay-to-win or designed to waste hours of your day. Reflex is neither.

Rounds take about 30-60 seconds. You can play a match during a commute, between meetings, or while waiting for coffee. And the only things you can buy are cosmetics. No advantage for spending money. The better player wins. Period.

What is in the game right now

  • Real-time 1v1 matchmaking that finds you an opponent in seconds
  • Private rooms to play with friends
  • Ranked progression to track your improvement
  • Cosmetic customization to make your deck yours

What is coming next

This is just the beginning. Here is what I am working on:

  • Android release — follow us on Facebook for updates
  • New card abilities to add strategic depth
  • Seasonal events with exclusive cosmetics
  • Global leaderboards to see where you stand

Get in the game

If you have an iPhone, download Reflex from the App Store. It is free, it takes 60 seconds to learn, and your first match is waiting.

On Android? It is coming. Follow us on Facebook to be the first to know when it drops.
