1. Watch both middle piles

New players tunnel-vision on one pile. Better players scan both piles constantly. Sometimes the card you need is playable on the other pile, and that half-second of awareness is the difference between winning and losing.

2. Use your draw pile strategically

Your draw pile is not just a backup. It is a resource. When you are stuck, drawing a new card can unlock a chain of plays. Do not wait too long to draw.

3. Speed is important but rhythm is better

Tapping as fast as possible without thinking leads to mistakes. The best players find a rhythm. They process, tap, process, tap. Consistent speed beats chaotic speed.

4. Stay calm when your opponent is ahead

Panic makes you slower. If your opponent gets an early lead, take a breath. One good chain of plays can flip the entire round. Staying composed when you are behind is what separates good players from great ones.

5. Practice against different play styles

Some opponents are aggressive. Some are methodical. Playing against a variety of styles teaches you to adapt. Use matchmaking to face new opponents regularly.
